What do you know about labor unions?
At my full time job, the delivery drivers were organizing to unionize. Though we worked 4 ten hour days by choice, many of us worked more than that. Our deliveries were getting heavier, with multiple boxes. Many of my co-workers suffered back problems, and I spent most of my Fridays laying on the floor of my living room. I thought I would get used to it, but even seasoned drivers knew it could be better. We organized a vote to unionize, which failed due to, essentially gerrymandering. Our warehouse, which would have unionized, was lumped with two other warehouses we had little contact with.
