The first collaborator in a year of collaboration was Steve Larder, an illustrator from Nottingham, UK, and a member of Moloch.

Steve agreed to draw four different birds of south Louisiana. I had started doing a little birdwatching but my illustration skills were lacking. The pelican on this card was my favorite.

This card came with a box you could pop out to keep a years worth of Keep Writing cards together.
