Keep Writing no. 98 May 2017
Where do you read your mail?
Moving back to New Orleans, I got a post office box on the bayou because it was located between my uptown house and everything else. Plus it was a pleasant ride. Years before, I had realized the post office was open all night and air conditioned, making it a perfect spot to visit and rest on a summer night. I doubt you can do that anymore.
When I check my mail, I immediately read all the Keep Writing responses. Its my favorite part.
Printed as a rainbow roll on the giant Vandercook at Baskerville Studio, New Orleans, with polymer plates on French Paper.
