Keep Writing no. 56 November 2013

Say thank you.

Can we talk about how cute it was to celebrate 5 years? Maybe I can say that now that I’ve had a 10 and 15 year anniversary party, with cake both times. I’m glad no one did the math in that it may have been 5 years but I was at least 2 postcards short of 60 plus all those mis-numbered months.

I am the worst archivist of my own work.

Ok, so a thank you card for someone you can’t thank because remembering dead friends is an ongoing theme in everything I make since…I dunno my first friend died when I was in second grade. As Daniel once said, “Dead friends, we all have ‘em.”

Letterpress printed with polymer plates on French Paper probably on Ben’s Universal 1. At some point I started using the Painted Tongue Windmill but I guess we will see if I mention it.
