This project started as a way to

1)keep in touch with friends and pen pals and

2) challenge myself to try new techniques in printing and design.

The second part gets lost sometimes.

I was really excited about overlaps and balancing colors. It is still something that, in 2024, I struggle with as I learn about RISO.

This month’s card was an excuse to use a nerdy diagram to evaluate my life and try out some hand lettering. And practice registration. I think the challenge was making a one color diagram that retained a sense of overlap.
